Product claims and returns

Have you decided to return or need to claim a purchased item? Please send us your order number, reason and IBAN account number to info@lalalukids.com and we will contact you.

 

Return procedure within the statutory 14 days:

1. Please register your return by email to info@lalalukids.com 

2. Please send the goods to H21, spol. s.r.o., Gáborská 1910/19, 920 01 Hlohovec, Slovakia

3. Upon receipt of the goods, you will be refunded for the goods.

 

In case of a complaint:

1. Please register your complaint by email with photos to info@lalalukids.com 

2. Please send the goods to H21, spol. s.r.o., Gáborská 1910/19, 920 01 Hlohovec, Slovakia

3. After receiving the goods and assessing the defect, you will be offered an exchange or refund in case of an accepted complaint.
