PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The provisions of this section apply to buyers who are natural persons. The seller values the personal data of buyers and protects them from misuse. This information is collected to improve services. The personal data of buyers is fully secured against misuse. The data is securely stored and shared only with persons who process the personal data of buyers based on a written authorization from the seller. These persons are subject to the same conditions of personal data protection as the seller when processing the data. By concluding the contract, the buyer agrees to the processing and collection of their personal data in the seller's database until they express their disagreement with this processing in writing. This processing and collection of personal data may be used by the seller in the future for potential offers of trade and services to the customer, which may include sending information about new products, discounts, and promotions on the offered goods. The buyer has the right to access their personal data and the right to request an explanation from the seller and the right to block, correct, supplement, or delete personal data according to §17 of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended. Providing personal data is voluntary from the buyer's side but necessary for concluding a contract between the seller and the buyer.

  2. By using the seller's online store, the buyer agrees to the collection and use of information about the buyer and their purchases indefinitely. The rules for handling this data are described in this document. If they change in the future, the details of the new rules will be published on these pages.

  3. Personal data is provided to external carriers and banks, to whom the data is transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods and their payment.

  4. The seller may also process the personal data of buyers through cookies. By using the online store www.lalalukids.com, the buyer agrees to the use of cookies by the seller to the extent according to the Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector. The buyer can refuse the use of cookies by the seller, but in that case, some functionalities of the online store www.lalalukids.com will be limited.
